Terms of Service

Welcome to iHosps. These are the straightforward ground rules for using our platform. We've kept them as clear, human, and fair as possible.

Last updated: March 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and logging into the iHosps platform ("Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these rules, you may simply choose not to use the Service.

2. Account Terms & User Responsibilities

To keep the platform safe and reliable for everyone, we require all users to follow a few basic rules:

  • Be Truthful: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your hospital or clinic.
  • Keep It Secret: You are securely responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Treat your password like the keys to your clinic.
  • Account Ownership: User accounts are tied to individuals. A single login should not be shared across multiple staff members (we offer role-based access for your team instead!).

3. Acceptable Use

iHosps is designed specifically to help you run your healthcare facility efficiently. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized activities.
  • Attempt to hack, destabilize, or reverse-engineer our infrastructure.
  • Use automated software (like bots or scrapers) to rapidly extract data from the service.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or destructive software.

4. Healthcare Disclaimer

iHosps is a technology tool, not a medical device. We provide software to assist with hospital administration. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Healthcare providers remain solely and entirely responsible for all clinical decisions and the quality of patient care delivered alongside our platform.

5. Data Ownership

You own your data. Minimum fine print. Any patient health information, financial records, or operational data you enter into iHosps completely belongs to your healthcare facility. We act merely as a secure custodian of this data on your behalf.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our engineering team works tirelessly to keep iHosps running smoothly 24/7/365, but all software experiences occasional hiccups. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iHosps and its team shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits or lost medical data) arising from hardware failure, network outages, or your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You have the absolute freedom to close your account and leave iHosps at any time. Likewise, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that actively violate these terms, attempt to damage our platform, or engage in fraudulent behavior. If your account is closed, we will provide a reasonable window for you to comfortably export your data.
